Kevin is an NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor and Co-Founder of Ethos Sports Group. Prior to Ethos, he was the CEO of the University of North Carolina’s collective—Old Well Management—where he helped UNC navigate the fast-changing NIL landscape while also overseeing the development and execution of NIL opportunities for student-athletes at UNC. Specifically, Kevin advised specific teams on NIL strategy, wrote and negotiated NIL agreements with current and prospective student-athletes and their representation, and established donor and commercial partner relationships to create meaningful off the field opportunities for athletes.

Kevin began his career as an attorney at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, one of the world’s leading law firms, where he advised clients on complex corporate matters and gained experience that informs his work at the intersection of sports, business, and law.

Kevin holds a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Syracuse University, where he was also the captain of the Men’s Lacrosse team and a First Team All American.
