Kelly is an NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor and Co-Founder of Ethos Sports Group. Before launching Ethos, Kelly worked with a different sports agency, where he represented football players throughout the draft process and into their professional careers. He assisted with contract negotiations, pre-draft preparation, team communication, marketing opportunities, and day-to-day client strategy. His approach centers on preparation, transparency, and consistent communication with both players and their families.

Kelly began his career as an attorney, working at globally recognized law firms in New York City and Washington, D.C., where he advised clients on complex state and local tax matters. His legal background strengthens his ability to protect the interests of Ethos’ clients throughout their careers.

Kelly earned his Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Binghamton University, where he was also a captain of the Men’s Lacrosse team.
